How We Ship Your Treats

At Dr. Eb's Bakehouse, we've developed a shipping method that ensures your artisan cookies, brownies, and blondies arrive fresh and delicious without the complexity of frozen shipping.

Our Shipping Schedule

Shipping Days: Monday - Wednesday Only

  • Orders placed by 12pm EST will ship next business day
  • No Thursday or Friday shipments (to avoid weekend delays)

Why This Schedule?
We ship early in the week to prevent packages from sitting in warehouses over weekends. This ensures you receive the freshest possible products!

Shipping Methods & Costs

Expedited Shipping: 2-Day Air

All shipping options are displayed at checkout and pricing is based on delivery address and delivery date. Shipping is free for orders $80 or more.


Important Shipping Notes

Warm Weather Advisory

During warmer months (May-September), we recommend:

  • Having someone available to receive delivery
  • Bringing packages inside immediately
  • Storing in cool, dry place

What We Ship vs. Local Only

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING:

  • All cookies
  • Brownies and blondies
  • Bar cookies

ATLANTA LOCAL POP-UP ONLY:

  • Cakes
  • Scones and pastries
  • Fresh cream or custard items

Order Cut-off Times

For same-week shipping:

  • Monday shipment: Order by Sunday 11:59pm EST
  • Tuesday shipment: Order by Monday 11:59pm EST
  • Wednesday shipment: Order by Tuesday 11:59pm EST

Orders placed after cut-off will ship the following week.

What’s the best way to ensure my order arrives on a specific date?

In the shopping cart you can request the delivery date, and we’ll ship them out accordingly to ensure the freshest cookies possible.

While we try our best to deliver your order on the date requested, the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays that are out of our control. 

During peak holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, etc. we encourage customers to select a date 1-2 days before desired delivery to ensure your package will arrive in time for the holiday.

Where is my order?

You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another email with tracking once your order is being processed for shipment (1-3 days before the requested delivery date). 

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder and add hello@drebsbakehouse.com to your safe senders list.


Receiving Your Order

When Your Package Arrives

  1. Open immediately and inspect contents
  2. Store in airtight container at room temperature
  3. Enjoy within 5 days for optimal freshness

Refreshing Instructions

For that just-baked experience:

  • Cookies: 5 minutes at 300°F
  • Brownies/Blondies: 8 minutes at 300°F
  • Sprinkle with included sea salt after warming

Do you accept returns?

Given the perishable nature of our products, we aren’t able to accept returns. All items are final sale.

International & Special Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
